As "One in 1000" grows, I strive to grow with it, by helping others, which is the very reason this book came about.

A percentage of the book and shop sales will be invested to raise awareness and help with donations.

Leonie & Jojo ☟

This is the story of Leonie, a lioness mum of a little clubfoot girl called Josephine. Leonie looked for help when help seemed impossible. Not only she found it but she followed every step required for her baby to get her feet straight, no matter how challenging. Leonie has my respect as a clubfoot mum myself and also as a friend.Thank you Rosalind Owen at global clubfoot.org,  Dr Kombeng at Kundiawa Hospital and the people that generously donated to help this little girl, on the other side of the world, be able to walk one day.

Humanity & Inclusion ☟

500 donation copies of "One in 1000" in English, Tamil and Sinhalese were printed in Colombo, Sri-Lanka. We've given some to Humanity & Inclusion - Clubfoot Program and will be donating the rest to other hospitals offering free Ponseti treatments ☺

Dear Sonia,

Today, we've received 50 books in each language (Tamil, Sinhala and English).  Appreciate your excellent work on this. In the coming weeks, it's going to be given to families who have children with clubfoot.

Many thanks.

Thanks & Regards

Misael ☟

We managed to achieve the Gofundme goal to get Misael from Paraguay a much needed tenotomy surgery. Diana Ferreira from Piecitos Guerreros reached out to us through Facebook. She is doing an amazing job in her spare time raising awareness and helping clubfoot kids and families. ♡

We sent a copy of "One in 1000" all the way to Russia where the book is sadly still unavailable. He's our first and very handsome Russian baby in the gallery. ☺
